The Crown

Not all heads are fit for a crown. Some are too big, too wide, too full, too dense or will inflate until they explode. A ballooning head will always drown a crown out of existence.

And some heads are too small. A crown will just slide off like an oiled penny. Or the head will fall through it, displaying it as the most fine choker…choking the head of it’s last breath. A crown can be grown into but only slowly, carefully and not so earnestly.

A crown is heavy, steady, and full of tales, for no crown is kept forever. But it will last forever. The tales are of the fallen and revered. Only few are revered. A crown’s weight will crush the fragile, reveal the strong, and terrify the unsure. All will have it in hand to either pass it, share it, possess it or wear it. Know where you stand or it will wear you.
